The colour can optionally be set to a radial gradient with a center and edge colour.

The center X coordinate of the circle.

y

Integer
The center Y coordinate of the circle.

diameter

Dword
The diameter (2x radius) of the circle.

colour

Dword
The colour of the circle, or the center colour if providing an edge colour as well.

[Optional] edgeColour

Dword
The colour to interpolate to towards the edge of the circle.
